Autumn Leaves

Autumn hasn’t left just yet, but given the beauty of an English autumn, compared with other parts of the world, like New England, for example, I thought I’d post a picture that does this beautiful country and wonderful time of year some justice.

Nothing beats the beauty of a Canadian autumn matey except that all the bloody leaves have fallen off and are lying about on my lawn. I keep waiting for the Mrs to rake them up but nothing so far.

    Cheers.

Most of our leaves end up on the tracks causing untold misery for commuters. I’m just about to rake up another wheelbarrow load now.

  3. nobbym says:

No chance of getting run over by a train is there unless BR or whoever runs it now has dramatically improved their service.

  4. matty says:

The sad truth is, we get a train every two minutes flashing past. This would be great, but the trees get in the way of the numbers. As I speak, I can hear a goods train rattling past.

  5. Nobby says:

Get those leaves back on the lines matey (make sure to wet them down first). That’ll sort it.
