American Sport in Britain

In a very innovative fashion I’ve decided to write another post within days of the previous one. What’s innovative about this particular post is that I’m including images related to the blog post, but only the first in the list when searching in Google images with the Adult Filter set to off. I did set the Adult Filter to on, but the results were disapponting. What the web needs is something similar to Net Nanny but doing the complete opposite. I can think of the perfect name for such a filter that rhymes beautifully with the original.

So. I searched for giant and also for dolphin. The results were, quite frankly, disturbing, so I changed the search to Giants and Dolphins. Why? Because here in Blighty we are set to see the most enthralling game ever in the history of the NFL. Why NY and Miami? Well, if you look at their respective records it should be a very high scoring game. At least for one of the teams. Also, most British people have either been to or heard of New York and Miami. New York for shopping, presumably, and Miami because it’s near Orlando where all British children have to go because of the magic of Disney.

The pictures.

I think I’ll go on a boat on the river tomorrow and blog about that.

The Bills were the final cut as they chose the hated Dolphins over those lovable Bills. Looking like a very bad decision now as at least we would’ve given the G Men a game. Tomorrow will be a massacre. Enjoyable if you like seeing the Fish get Squished but not much of a spectacle for the UK fans.

Christ. A comment within 54 minutes. A new record for this blog. Go Bills. Go Dolphins. Go Giants. Go Raiders. Go Cubs. Go 49ers. I love you all. I love you all.
